- $20 Standard Delivery on orders under $200
- The Standard delivery time is approximately 7-15 days, please be aware.
- We will process your order within 1-3 business days and arrange standard express delivery promptly. The estimated delivery time for express shipping is typically around 7-20 calendar days. We kindly ask for your patience as you await the arrival of your package after placing your order.
- All orders are dispatched out of China.
- We are not responsible for your local duties or taxes. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.
- We will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 30 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unused and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. All gift cards are non-refundable.
- we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- After checking the well received return package and confirming that the condition of the item is as stated in the requirements, which will not affect the secondary sales, we will initiate the refund process within 3 working days, and refund the refundable amount to your original shopping payment account.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- All refunds processed will cover the cost of the original items returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we do not cover return shipping.
- We can only accept returns for purchases made from this website and not from other stores. Please contact the place of purchase for their returns policy.
